Common questions
How do I reset my password?
Use the "Forgot password" link on the login page. A reset link will be emailed to you within 2 minutes.
My payment went through but I can't access the course.
Allow up to 5 minutes for access to activate. If the issue persists, email us with your payment reference.
Can I get a receipt for my payment?
Payment receipts are automatically sent to your registered email. You can also find them via Paystack's email confirmation.
How do I download my certificate?
Go to Dashboard → Certificates → click "View & Share" on any issued certificate to download the PDF.
Can I transfer my subscription?
Subscriptions are non-transferable and tied to one account. Contact us if you need to change the account email.
How does live session access work?
Enrolled students in paid courses can join scheduled audio sessions. You'll see a "Join Now" button when a session is live.
